I wouldn't advice people to buy a pieces of leather if you are making 1 case for your camera, because when you buy leather you can't just buy a small piece, they usually sell in a big piece and the price is more then a pre-made leather case. So to be a little more eco friendly, I would advice people to look for old used leather to make the camera case. reason, if you fail you wont waste to much material and money, once you get better at making it, and you want to make more cases for more cameras, Then spend some money to get some better tools and leather to make more.
